This is the longest path but it gives a deeper version for XGBOOST. In this case above two methods will not be sufficient. You have to go with this path.

Solution 4 : Using Whl file –

Whl is a packaging extension of Python. Use the XGBOOST whl and install the same using the below command.

pip install downloaded.whl
